Harry/Ginny
This is a little story I wrote for the HPGW_FICAFEST on LiveJournal.
I've resisted posting it here because of the resoundingly negative response it received, but I've been convinced to post it here.
I thought it was pretty decent, myself.
The first chapter is a songfic based off the Diamond Rio song of the same name.
The rest of the chapters are because the idea simply would not leave me alone.
Harry/Hermione
Every reader knows the prophecy. Or do they?
Harry learns that some vital truths have been withheld from him over the years. It all unravels in the summer after his fifth year. (This story is by no means Half-Blood Prince compliant.)
---
As a note: some of you may recognise this story as looking just like one that a writer named Liz Harrison wrote. Same name, even! The reason is that she has given me the story to see what I might do with it. She has dropped off the 'net for a while, and wanted to see this one finished.
In other words - I have her permission to be working with this story.
The first chapters are the ones written by Liz. From Chapter 8 on, you begin to see my work. (I picked up from where she left off in Chapter 8.)
Harry gets a letter from the Headmaster that he takes offense to, and chooses to strike out on his own. He warns Hermione, who decides to follow him.
This is a story I began in 2004, and never really got around to finishing. It's got places to go, but who knows if it will ever be completed? I have a few ideas, but they're at the bottom of the pile to work on.
Harry/Multi
I call this multiple because there are other females to be included. He's a teenager, and he's got multiple girlfriends. Oddly, they know about each other. This will remain out of the smut zone, although references to sexual feelings will be made. (He's a teenager!)
Harry finds out that all is not as he thought it should be, and strikes out on his own. Friends are few and far between for a time.
By Kinsfire and Herman Tumbleweed
A/N: This of course is us just playing in Jo Rowling's sandbox, and no copyright infringements are intended, and no, we don't make any money, from this or otherwise. WARNING: This story will contain graphic nudity, sex, femslash, and incest.
This story came about from an off-hand comment on Herman Tumbleweed's Yahoo! group, and we decided to run with it.
Please note the Author's Note above - it will contain graphic nudity and sex, and will involve femmeslash between family members - in other words, incest.
If this concept bothers you, then do not read it. End of statement. All flames concerning this warning will be cheerfully deleted and thought will be given to banning the user who flames.
Yes, this is the same story as before. It has undergone some editing, and the story should now fit better under the law in England.
The unexpurgated original will be available elsewhere.
It's been five years since the events of Like a Phoenix from the Ashes, and life has been quiet of our friends.
That's all about to change.
Part II of the Firebird Suite.
Harry loses the support of his greatest allies, but learns something else in the process. This story is often angsty and dark, but is guaranteed to end in a good manner.
Part I of the Firebird Suite.
I found this on my hard drive a little while ago, and it sparked me to post it. It was originally written for a LiveJournal ficfest, so let me post the header I used:
Author: Kinsfire
Challenge: The Trio are together but they act in public as though Hermione is only with one of them -- and the other boy gets fed up with being hidden.
Title:
Harry needs to be brought back from where he is. A journey to recovery and redemption.
NOTE: This story contains references to SLASH. THere is no descriptive sex in this story at all, but a male/male relationship exists, as well as multiple female/female relationships being referred to. If the very idea of a Slash story bothers you, do not read this story. If you can handle the concept without anythig stronger than a kiss 'on-screen' happening, then you should be fine.
This was written for the 2004 National Novel Writing Month, and was written in something like thirty-two days. (Yes, this means it was not finished when the month ran out.) It breaks 100 thousand words, of which something like 95 thousand were finished when the month was.
It was once known as Unnamed Story, since I did not come up with a good name until my wife came up with Paradigm Shift.
Harry/Tonks
A quick little response to an October Challenge on the defunct PinkHairGreenEyes Yahoo! group. The full particulars of the challenge are listed in the challenge.
None
This is my first Half-Blood Prince compliant story. It's also an Azkaban!Harry story.
Do not assume in the beginning that you have the entire story of what happened.
(The rating is mostly for swearing, but there will be some violence.)
Harry returns to Privet Drive after Fifth Year without his wand. This proves to be a BAD idea. How the wizarding world responds to the outcome of that action...
Harry and Hermione have a conversation that makes Harry think...
You may have seen this over at The Kinsfire Archive, but there have been some minor changes to the file since that was posted. This version is the most recent.
Voldemort is gone, and an unexpected guest shows up at the victory party. (Note that this is kinda-sorta a DC/Vertigo crossover. If you've read the material in question, you'll understand.)
I mark it under "None" because I don't feel like creating a "Now that would be telling" category.
This is an early piece that I wrote and just found on my hard drive. Let me know what you think.
Abandoned
This started as a likely PWP challenge over on PottersPlace3. The idea intrigued me when someone came up with an explanation that I could come close to buying.
Note that this will update rarely. It started only because I needed to write something, but I was stuck in a section of Ties of Blood. This one, unlike It Started One Summer, will REMAIN a palate cleanser story, and update irregularly at best. It will NOT go into the list of those to be worked on heavily. It will only be worked on when I need to write but am stuck in my current story.
This story came about from a challenge. To work it out to my own satisfaction, I came up with an unusual solution for something, which will lead to some of the potential NC-17 scenes, if there are, in fact, any.
I'll let you read rather than spoil the surprise as to the challenge.
What started as a simple summer romance becomes much more, very quickly.
This has been abandoned - the outcome for the story, while unusual when I started it, has now become cliched.
