We get our first glimpse of a *truly impartial* Severus Snape in this chapter. As opposed to being so biased you'd think he has no legs and sheds his skin every so often, he's more neutral. He's not completely in Harry's camp (he isn't expected to be, even by Harry), but he is finally seeing Harry as Harry, not as the son of a Marauder. I can genuinely *respect* this Severus Snape, even if I never invite him for tea and scones (however, his impartiality would lead to such an offer being tendered).

Good thing Draco was in the Hospital Wing already. I could see Harry executing Draco for this......and *Severus Snape* would actually help. There are some thing that even Severus Snape would not condone, as we find out in this chapter (and we also find out that *Lucius Malfoy*, along with his wife and son, are very much cut from the same *traditional Black* cloth (as opposed to *untraditional Blacks* such as Sirius and Andromeda).

Snape in his underwear is probably an image that will do terrible things to Harry's sex drive for some time to come. Wonderful beginning. While in cannon I would have to say I can't imagine a Tonks / Harry pairing, this works and the clothes were great too.
