Another well written chapter. Harry and Hermione are free,(for the time being) Snivellus has been chastized, Dumbledore MAY decide to stop using harry as a chess piece,(not bloody likely!) Voldemort is relatively satisfied, Molly is frantic and Fudge is an idiot. Harry is gonna go apeshit when he hears the news, and I'd think that that announcement would be a perfect opportunity for Voldy to cause some mischief. Hope to see more soon. Alokrin

Wonder if Fudge has any idea what he's getting himself into?
Then again, this IS Cornelius Fudge I'm referring to, so probably not.

I'm glad to see more of this story. Fleur is a hoot, and I love to see the twins at any time. Is Severus a spy, counter-spy, or what?

That was a great chapter. I am glad to see that so many people are in harry's camp in letting him do what he thinks he must. Snape's talk was quite interesting too, that is the first time I have read anything like that to the question poised and I found it made perfectly good sense with his character. I really enjoy this story and cant wait to read the next chapter.

Hmmm... they saw through Fleur quick enough. Decent telling off of Snape, but I think the best part was Snape's discussion with Voldemort at the end. Very Slytherin.

Note who they were, however - the twins, who admitted that they overheard a conversation and said nothing, and Remus, who likely SMELLED that she was lying.

Another excellent chapter. I've always suspected Snape of being a fence sitter. I like Harry with any number of paramours as long as the writer makes it as 'logical' as you do. Keep up the great work. I'm eagerly looking forward to the next update.

I'm glad to see you getting on with this story. I am impress how open Severus is with Voldemort. If he were really on none but his own side however, he would also be planing for the possibility of Harry winning.
I hope to hear more from you soon.

Damn ... beautifully-written, as is all your work, and a delightful twist on many of the characters.

Another nice installment; and I can't wait to see Fudge get what's coming to him in the very near future.
Interesting bit with Snivelus; but I was surprised to see Albus tear him down like that in public.
So; what's coming up next?

BTW: With My Fathers Image; are you ever going to tell us what the challenge you were answering was?

Kinsfire replied:
Severitus. It was the reason that the Gringott's vaults kept pausing, why the Potter ring paused in its resizing, and all that fun stuff. James accepted the child as his, knowing that it was the child of a ... ahem, night of "Death Eater fun".
It was not going to end well for Snivelly, I can tell you that much. But it was too busy, and stood far too great a chance of getting out of my control.

A very good chapter. I'm so glad Harry and Hermione are together and happy. I really like the fact that Dumbledore finally gave Severus the dressing down he deserves. I am especially happy that Remus got to hear it. It also looks like Remus has a little more faith in the people that care about Harry like Fleur. Thank you for writing. I look forward to more of this story. pms
